CW Impact Commercial Cleaning is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help expand our commercial cleaning services throughout Calgary. This role focuses on developing new business relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing long-term commercial cleaning contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial cleaning clients.

• Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

• Conduct site visits and assess client cleaning requirements.

• Prepare service proposals, quotations, and contract recommendations.

• Manage leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

• Work closely with management to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial cleaning or another service-based industry.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation for client visits.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
